TEACHING METHOD:
  • Instructions will be delivered through classroom lectures that will provide students with detailed knowledge and understanding on the respective subject area. Teaching strategy and methods that instructors will exercise include lectures, tutorials, group discussion, reading and open Q&A session.
 
ENTRY REQUIREMENT / TARGET GROUP: COURSE CERTIFICATE:
  • The course is mandatory for all Engineer officers (direct entry or having one year pre–sea cadet training) prior issue of Class-2 Engine (CoC).
 
TARGET GROUP: COURSE CERTIFICATE:
  • A certificate of course completion shall be issued to those who shall satisfactorily fulfill the course requirements.
  • Certificate of Proficiency is issued by the Department of Shipping, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
